District Deputy Bro Arnout Steenhart of the Elks District #4, on his official visit, attends a meeting of the Westlock Elks Lodge #330 who once a year conduct their lodge meeting with the executive positions being filled by Past Exalted Rulers. Elks from Breton Royal Purple Elks No. 285, Edson Elks No. 87, Drayton Valley Royal Purple Elks No. 196 and Drayton Valley Elks No. 391 also attended this special meeting.
